FileView v0.1 Known Problems and Limitations
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.  Sometimes Windows may steal associations back - like for .GRP files.  If this happens, just double-click on the .REG file again.
2.  Some files may be detected as supported types when in fact they're not.  This is because many different types of files share the same extension (the Wacky Wheels .DAT format is the worst - nearly every program comes with a .DAT file that has nothing to do with the Wacky Wheels format - e.g. the Monster Bash .DAT file ;-)  If you open a file and it has garbled filenames or it crashes Explorer, then it's not a supported type ;-)  Hopefully Explorer won't crash too often though!
3.  Decompression of Monster Bash .MB# files is not supported, because I've got no idea how to do it.  If anyone knows anything about it, ***PLEASE*** let me know!!!
4.  .LBR files aren't fully supported yet.  You'll probably notice some weird characters in there among the other files...  I'm also assuming they're somehow compressed, but again any info would be greatly appreciated.
5.  If there are a few invalid format files haning around (with proper extensions), after a while it could cause Explorer to crash.  I don't know why exactly, but it just happened to me so here's the warning ;-)
6.  Some files are in a slightly non-standard format which may cause problems.  e.g. Some of the Quake wave files will cause the Windows XP version of Sound Recorder to lock up.
7.  FAQ.txt gives you instructions on how to configure the program.  One, it doesn't work on Windows XP, and two, there's nothing to configure yet anyway ;-)
